TMZ is reporting that former So You Think You Can Dance choreographer Alex DaSilva has officially been arrested on charges of rape and assault.
Specifically, the eight charges are broken down into four counts of forcible rape, two counts of assault with intent to commit rape and two counts of penetration with a foreign object.
Ew.
DaSilva was picked up back in April on similar allegations, however, the District Attorney declined to press charges citing further investigation was necessary.
I'm all for innocent until proven guilty, however, considering the no charges in April, I would guess that the 'further investigation' found some pretty considerable evidence to result in an arrest and these specific charges.
